Catering Consciously practices NO WASTE GUARANTEED. You can select from our choice in china plates/utensils/glassware. We compost all food scraps that we take to Eco-Cycle in Boulder or donate to participating farmers/home composters. We make pitchers of water, tea, lemonade, and punch, avoiding bottles/cans requiring recycling. And if your event is casual and calls for disposable beverage cups, we use compostable cups. If your event doesn't require staff, we return to pick up our dishes and the compost, every time.

Our Policies

Please place your order for our services a minimum of 7 days before your event. We will however, try to accommodate you, should you find yourself in a last minute situation needing our services.

Because we prepare our cuisine utilizing market availability and freshness, all prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm an event. The remaining balance will be due when the final guest count is guaranteed, a minimum of seven days prior to your event.

All reductions or additions to numbers of guests must be made seven days prior to the order to be guaranteed. We will not accept these changes via voice mail, fax, or answering machine.

CANCELLATIONS made less than seven business days prior to the event will incur 50% of the charges. CANCELLATIONS made less than four business days before the event will incur 100% of the charges. Your final contract will include a charged for your guarantee, or or actual attendance, whichever is greater. A $100 minimum order is required for delivery service. This does not include Recycling/Delivery Fees.

If you have any questions about your contract, you must contact our office within 3 days of placing of the order. Changes or credits cannot be issued any later.
